Quick house tour... for those who care.

Most of you know we found a great little number on foreclosure for cheap.
So we are joining the owners of America for tax write offs and for stimulus money!

(entrance through the kitchen).

(and we leave through the mudroom/garage door).

It is built in 1998. laid on it's foundation in 1999. One 60+ year old women owned it from 99-2006. Been in foreclosure hearings for 2 years... on the market for 80 days.

And maybe, just maybe, it will be ours by July 24th.
